Galt Man Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Pair in Grundy County Court

A bond appearance hearing is set for a Galt man facing a pair of felonies in Grundy County Court.
Court documents say Floyd Lane Jarrett faces felony charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – amphetamine or methamphetamine.
Records list both charges from Saturday.
Jarrett entered a not guilty plea this morning.
His bond is currently set at 75-hundred dollars.
Jarrett is next due in court January 12 at 9:00 a.m.
