GEC Community Foundation Announces New Grant Recipients
11 grants totaling over $5,300 have been announced in this cycle of awards announced by the trustees of the GEC Community Foundation.
Operation Round-Up finances the awards through a program that gives members of GEC a chance to voluntarily round up their utility bills each month to fund the grants.

The GEC Community Foundation has now awarded 815 grants worth nearly $490,000 since 2005. The funding assists schools and organizations with education, health, and rural development.
The next grant application deadline is April 1st. Qualified applicants must be a non-profit 501 (c)(3). Grant applications are available at www.grundyec.com or by contacting Grundy Electric Cooperative.
