Gilman City Man Pleads Not Guilty Thursday to Eight Charges in Daviess County Court

A Gilman City man faces eight charges in Daviess County Court.
Court documents say Benjamin E. Breer faces two charges of felony first-degree assault, felony resisting arrest by fleeing, misdemeanor failure to yield to an emergency vehicle sounding their siren and displaying red/blue lights, misdemeanor making a false report, misdemeanor exceeding the posted speed limit by 26 miles-per-hour or more, misdemeanor failure to drive on the right half the roadway, and misdemeanor operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license.
Records list all eight charges from March 28.
The court denied Breer’s bond on Wednesday.
Breer pleaded not guilty Thursday.
He will appear for a bond hearing on April 4 at 9:00 a.m.
