Gladstone Man Arrested on Felony Drug Pair Sunday in Clinton County

A Gladstone man was arrested on felony drug charges Sunday night in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 32-year-old Scott A. Bilquist was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance of heroin, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to display valid plates, and displaying the plates of another vehicle.
Bilquist was taken to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
