Governor Appoints Next Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney

Missouri Governor Mike Parson has appointed a new prosecuting attorney for Nodaway County.

Caleb Phillips is the new Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney. He is currently a law clerk to Federal Judge Roseann Ketchmark. His bachelor’s degree came from the University of Missouri. His Juris Doctor is from Indiana University’s School of Law.

The position became vacant when former prosecuting attorney Robert Rice was appointed as the Associate Circuit Judge for the 4th Judicial Circuit.
