Gower Man Accused in Child Abuse and Death on House Arrest
The Gower man charged with child abuse and second-degree murder has been placed under house arrest.
Court documents say that Dillon R. Livingston appeared before Judge Daren Adkins in custody with his attorney, Jay M. Allison on Friday.
The bond amount was amended to $50,000 with 10% deposit with conditions set by the court. Livingston will have GPS monitoring while being placed on house arrest with the following exceptions; travel to and from the court, doctor’s office, attorney’s office, and supervision services. He is to have no contact with any minor for any reason.
Livingston is charged with felony second-degree murder and two different counts of non-sexual abuse or neglect of a child. The alleged abuse victims were his twin sons. One was injured in November, and the other child died as a result of abuse.
