Grandview Man Arrested in Buchanan County on Protection Order Violation

A Grandview man was arrested on a protection order violation Thursday in Buchanan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Wilberto Montoya-Pagan was arrested on a misdemeanor violation of an order of protection.

Montoya-Pagan was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and booked on a 24-hour hold.
