Grant City Man Charged With Assaulting Law Enforcement Officer

A Grant City man was arrested on drug and driving charges Monday in Worth County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 22-year-old Dustin R. Stone was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer.
Stone was taken to the Ringold County Jail, in Iowa, and booked on a 24-hour hold.
