Grant City Woman Charged With Stealing Vehicle

WORTH COUNTY, MO – A Grant City woman has been charged with stealing a vehicle earlier this month in Worth County.

Amber Ruminer is alleged to have stolen a 2005 Ford Focus on November 7th from the Crestwood Apartments parking lot in Grant City. The Worth County Sheriff’s Office says the vehicle was recovered in Kansas City on the 10th and was allegedly still being driven by Ruminer.

Authorities charged Ruminer on Thursday. A warrant for her arrest was issued with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
