Northern Missouri Congressman Sam Graves says the Corps of Engineers is not doing enough to manage the flooding along the Missouri River…
Graves says the Corps used to DRAIN the reservoirs…
The Corps recently held public meetings across Missouri and said it would likely release more water from upstream reservoirs later into fall than it normally does. Graves continues to push for the Corps to formally make flood control its top priority and remove wildlife management as a priority. Corps officials say they have been in flood recovery mode ONLY for the past few years.
