GRM Holds Annual Meeting

All three were re-elected to the GRM Networks Board of Directors at the 2022 Annual Meeting of the
stockholders of Grand River Mutual Telephone Corporation d/b/a GRM Networks. The meeting was
held at 10 a.m. August 17, 2022, at the GRM Networks corporate office in Princeton, Missouri.
The Grand River Mutual Telephone Corporation, doing business as GRM Networks, held the Annual Meeting of stockholders in Princeton Wednesday.
Bruce George of Allerton, Tim Lance of Barnard, and Mike Quick of Lamoni were all re-elected to three-year terms.
The officers elected included Gregg Davis of Chula as President, Mark Yungeberg of Princeton as Vice President, Bruce George for Secretary, Ray Meyer as Assistant Secretary, John McCloud of Spickard as Treasurer, and Allan Mulnix of Bethany as Assistant Treasurer.
