GRM Networks is reminding youth of application deadlines for the GRM Networks Scholarship program, their annual Youth Tour, and other scholarships available through a partnership between GRM Networks and the Foundation for Rural Service.
GRM Networks scholarship awards include a $2,000 scholarship, two $1,500 scholarships, and three $1,000 scholarships. Applicants must have an average grade of a “C” or 2.0 grade point average, be a graduating high school senior, and be accepted to a post-secondary institution. High school seniors whose parent or legal guardian is an active GRM Networks member in good standing at the application deadline may apply. Immediate family members of GRM Networks employees and board members are not eligible to participate.
The GRM Networks scholarship applications will be taken until February 23rd.
GRM Networks also partners with the Foundation of Rural Service to scholarships open to students from rural America. That scholarship information can be obtain through the frs.org website. Those scholarship applications are due February 16th.
GRM Networks will also sponsor all-expense paid trips for two high school juniors to the 2024 FRS Youth Tour June 3rd through the 7th in Washington, D.C. Juniors or seniors with parents or legal guardians who are members of GRM Networks may apply. Applications can be obtain from high schools within the GRM Networks territory or from the GRM Networks website. A committee of GRM Network employees and board members will interview finalists on March 7th at the GRM Networks business office in Princeton, Missouri. Applicants must be able to attend this interview.
