GRM Networks Announces Community Grant Awards

GRM Networks announced 4 awards for communities through their Community Improvement Grant Program. The program selects organizations that apply for grant funding. This cycle awarded $3,750 in funding.

The Bethany Historical Society will use their grant to purchase a laptop computer, software, scanner, and hard drive to store historical documents.

The Lamoni Food Pantry will receive $1,000 to complete the buildout of a newly purchased building.

The Princeton Chamber of Commerce will receive $1,000 to purchase a used utility terrain vehicle to transport equipment and supplies during Chamber-sponsored community events and care for the Chamber’s flower boxes throughout Princeton.

The City of Pleasanton will receive $750 to repair the bandstand, shelter house, and picnic tables in the city park.

Applications for the next distribution of grants are being accepted between now and November 1st. The Cooperative’s Board of Directors reviews applications and awards grant amounts.
