GRM Networks Announces Grant Recipients

GRM Networks announced their next round of Community Improvement Grants to organizations seeking to positively influence communities within the GRM Networks territory. A total of $3,750 was approved in this round of funding.

The City of New Hampton will receive $1,000 to assist with renovations to the city park, and in particular a new shelter house.

The Princeton Chamber of Commerce will receive $1,000 to help repair the roof of their Cow Palace.

The Bethany Kiwanis Club will receive $1,000 to purchase winter clothing for grade school children in need at Harrison County’s 5 school districts. Money will also support children enrolled in the Green Hills Head Start Program.

The Leon Little League will also receive a $750 grant for increased seating at their t-ball field located next to Noel Park and the repair of their concession stand.

GRM Networks has offered the Community Improvement Grant Program since 1999. The Cooperative’s Board of Directors review applications and award grant amounts. Applications for the next distribution of grants will be accepted through November 1st. Applications can be found on the GRM Networks website.
