A man from Wichita was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol in Grundy County.
The arrest report says 22-year-old Tyler G. Holeman was arrested at 5:44 pm and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, felony possession of a synthetic narcotic, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office for a 24-hour hold.
