Habitual Intoxicated Driver from Braymer Charged with Felony

A Braymer, Missouri driver has been charged with a felony.

According to a report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, Braymer resident 68-year-old David A. Compson was arrested at 7:30 Monday evening.

Preliminary charges for Compson are a felony for driving while intoxicated as a habitual offender, felony operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license as a 3rd offense, and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.

Compson was taken into custody and was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center for a 24-hour hold.
