Hamilton Man Charged in Daviess County Court With Multiple Felonies

GALLATIN, MO A Hamilton man is being held without bond after he was charged in the Daviess County court on Thursday with rape, sodomy, and domestic assault.

In a statement issued by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old Cyrus J. Dilley is said to have committed the crimes on May 16th. The court ordered Dilley be held pending further order of the court. He is currently incarcerated in the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail.
