Hardin Man Hurt in Late Sunday Ray County Crash

A Hardin man was left with serious injuries after a one-vehicle crash in Ray County late Sunday.

Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Hardin resident Leonard Chilcutt was driving a 2017 Honda CRV on Highway 10 east of Culvert Farm Road at 11:05 Sunday night when his vehicle crossed the center line and traveled off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle then hit a tree and overturned, coming to rest on its top.

Chilcutt was not wearing a seat belt at the time and suffered serious injuries. He was taken to Ray County Memorial Hospital in Richmond before being transferred to Liberty Hospital via Life Flight.
