Harrison County Jail Open House this Thursday

BETHANY, MO – The public is invited to tour the Harrison County Jail to see the updated facility on Thursday.

The jail was temporarily closed due to staffing issued. Inmates were transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail in Pattonsburg and the Buchanan County Jail.

During the closure new personnel has been hired and trained and the facility has been cleaned and painted.

Doors will be open for tours on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.
