The Harrison County bridge over Coal Creek near Cainsville is the next bridge scheduled for replacement in Northwest Missouri.
Mo-Dot and contractors from Boone Construction Company will begin the replacement of the 63-year-old, structurally deficient bridge on Monday, October 5. The road will close to all traffic on Monday and is scheduled to remain closed through mid-January. During the closure, motorists will need to use an alternate route.
This bridge is included in Governor Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.
