Hartzler Throws Her Hat into U.S. Senate Race

That’s west-central Missouri Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler announcing today she is running for U.S. Senate. Hartzler, a Republican, announced her bid in Lee’s Summit near Kansas City. Republicans who have already announced a run for the seat include Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, former Governor Eric Greitens, and St. Louis attorney Mark McCloskey. Democrats include former Affton State Senator Scott Sifton and former Marine Lucas Kunce of Jefferson City.
