A preliminary hearing is set for a Saint Joseph man facing a pair of felony charges.

Court documents say Jacob A. Raczkowski faces felony charges of first-degree property damage and resisting arrest by fleeing.

Records list both charges from April 19.

Bond for Raczkowski was set Sunday at 10-thousand dollars cash or surety.

Raczkowski was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.

He is next set to appear in court April 28 at 9:00 a.m.
