Higginsville Man Pleads Not Guilty to Five Charges Monday

A hearing is set for a Higginsville man facing five charges.

Court documents say Kevin L. Lewallen faces charges of felony endangering the welfare of a child, felony resisting arrest, misdemeanor fourth-degree domestic assault, fourth-degree assault, and second-degree property damage.

Records list those charges from Thursday.

Lewallen appeared in court Monday and entered a plea of not guilty.

He is next due in court December 23 at 9:30 a.m.
