Holt County Route H Bridge Set to Close

The Missouri Department of Transportation has contracted with Phillips Hardy, Inc. to replace the decks on four bridges in Northwest Missouri.

The bridge over Nichols Creek on Holt County Route H, just south of New Point, is next on the schedule.

Contractors plan to close the bridge to all traffic on Monday, May 11, and expect to reopen the bridge in late June.

The bridge is included in Governor Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.

All work and schedules are weather permitting.
