I-29 Ramp Closures Coming to St. Joseph Next Week

Two Saint Joseph ramp closures are hitting Interstate 29 next week.

The Missouri Department of Transportation says crews plan to close two I-29 ramps next week for a concrete replacement.

Crews will close both the southbound I-29 ramp to eastbound U.S. Route 36 and eastbound U.S. Route 36 to northbound I-29 on Monday, October 7.

The ramps will close at 7:00 Monday morning and are set to reopen 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 8.

MO-DOT says the lane closures will remain in place overnight to allow the concrete to cure.

Motorists will need to use an alternate route during this time.

All work is weather permitting.
