Illinois Man Arrested On Multiple Felonies

An Illinois man was arrested Thursday evening in Harrison County on multiple felony counts.

The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 41-year-old Rockford, Illinois resident Matthew K. Deck at 6:41 P.M. for being a fugitive from out of state, possession of a controlled substance – fentanyl, tampering with physical evidence for a felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle on a highway without a valid license, littering, and not wearing a seat belt.

Deck was booked into the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center where he is being held without bond.
