Illinois Man Arrested on Two Charges in Clinton County

An Illinois man was arrested on two charges Thursday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 46-year-old Sesser, Illinois resident Chad A. Heiman was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.
Heiman was taken to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
