Intervention Deadline Set in Ameren Missouri Request

An intervention deadline is now set after a request from union electric company Ameren Missouri.
The Missouri Public Service Commission says Ameren Missouri has filed an application seeking a variance from certain provisions of a public service commission rule concerning net metering applications.
Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than February 14 with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission.
Individual citizens wishing to comment should contact either the Office of the Public Counsel or the Public Service Commission Staff.
Ameren Missouri serves approximately 1.28 million electric customers in Missouri.
