Intoxication Involved in Accident involving Excelsior Springs Man

A man from Excelsior Springs was arrested following an accident early Sunday morning.

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 24-year-old Isaac R. Stafford was arrested at 1:36 am Sunday.

He is accused of driving while intoxicated, failing to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident, failing to register a motor vehicle, and driving with no insurance.

No details of the accident were released. Stafford has been released from Ray County.
