Investigation Begins After Body Is Found Along I-29

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports an investigation has begun after a body was found along Interstate 29 Monday afternoon.
The body was found in the median of Interstate 29 near the 47 mile marker just before 2pm. Interstate 29 was also shut down when the investigation between between Frederick and Highway 36.
The Patrol has identified the body as that of 29 year old Jeromy S. Loveday of Powell, Tennessee.
The Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control are investigating with the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department.
