Iowa Man Arrested in Daviess County Facing Multiple Charges

A Iowa resident facing a bunch of charges following an arrest in Daviess County Thursday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that at 2:40 P.M. they arrested 34-year-old Sioux City resident Ter G. Reath, he is facing charges for resisting arrest, failed to yield to an emergency vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while revoked, failure to abide by ignition interlock device, careless and imprudent driving, no insurance, and no seatbelt.

Reath was transported to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail where he was booked on a 24 hour hold.
