Iowa Resident Arrested in Page County on Nodaway County Warrant
CLARINDA, IOWA – A suspect who fled from Nodaway County authorities has been arrested in Page County, Iowa.
Bedford, Iowa resident Joshua Lee Green was wanted on a Nodaway County warrant for a probation violation on allegations that he violated the terms of his probation on an original charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was placed on probation on that charge in August, 2023. Iowa authorities report that Green was located in Braddyville and was taken into custody on a Taylor County, Iowa warrant and the Nodaway County warrant.
Missouri court records indicate Green has previous convictions for statutory rape, statutory sodomy, and child molestation from 2011. In those cases, he was sentenced to 15 months, 2 years, and 60 days, respectively. The Taylor County warrant is for a sex offender violation.
Green was transported to the Taylor County Jail where he remains incarcerated.
