Iowa Teen Hurt In Car vs Deer Wreck

An Iowa teen was left with minor injuries after the vehicle he was a passenger in struck a deer near Trenton.
The Highway Patrol says 68-year-old Trenton resident Miles S. Tratchel was driving a 1995 Mercury Tracer westbound on Missouri Route 46 four miles northwest of Trenton at 7 P.M. Monday when his vehicle struck a deer in the roadway.
Tratchel was not hurt in the accident but a 15-year-old male from Clive, Iowa that was a passenger in the vehicle was left with minor injuries. That teen was taken by Grundy County EMS to Wright Memorial hospital for treatment of his injuries.
