Iowa Woman Arrested in Mercer County For Felony DWI

Troopers report the arrest of a Lineville, Iowa woman Monday afternoon in Mercer County on a pair of driving charges, including one felony.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 54-year-old Melissa C. Owens on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender and following too closely.
Authorities booked Owens into the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department on a 24-hour hold.
