Iowa Woman Injured in Cameron Accident Thursday Morning

A Lucas, Iowa, woman suffered injuries in a Thursday morning crash in DeKalb County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred around 11:40 Thursday morning on I-35, in the city limits of Cameron, as a motor home driven by 76-year-old James E. Miner headed southbound.

Troopers say Miner traveled off the right side of the road, struck a ditch, and came to a rest.

A 67-year-old passenger, Paula L. Mason, suffered minor injuries and sought treatment at Cameron Regional Medical Center.

Authorities say all involved wore seat belts at the time of the crash.
