Jamesport Man Due in Court Today on Abuse & Assault Charges

An arraignment is set today for a Jamesport man facing a pair of charges.

Court documents say Tommy Eugene Hines faces charges of felony first-degree sexual abuse and misdemeanor fourth-degree domestic assault.

Records list those two charges from December 2019.

Bond for Hines was initially set five-thousand dollars cash only.

He was also ordered to undergo supervision services and have no contact with the victim.

A warrant was served Monday.
