Jefferson School Superintendent Announces Resignation At End Of School Year

Jefferson School Board members accepted the resignations of both Superintendent Tim Jermain and Administrative Secretary and Board Secretary Emmy Brown during their meeting on Wednesday. Tim Jermain has been administrator, as either principal or superintendent, at Jefferson since the 2000-21 school year. He has served as superintendent of the district for the last 10 years. Emmy Brown’s resignation will be effective at the end of November. The board has hired Emily Hilsabeck as Administrative Secretary.

Board filing for next April’s school election will be held beginning December 5th.

Ethan Holtman was also nominated by the district for the Belcher Scholarship.
