Kansas City, Kansas Man Facing a Plethora of Felony Charges following Harrison County Arrest Tuesday
(HARRISON COUNTY, MO) – A Kansas City, Kansas man is facing a plethora of felonies following an arrest made in Harrison County Tuesday.
Just prior to 6 P.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 21-year-old Angel E Hernandez-Rivas who is facing charges for class D felony possession of child pornography, class D felony endangering the welfare of a child, class E felony harassment in the 1st degree, two misdemeanor failure to appear warrants from the Platte County Sheriff’s Department on original charges of moving traffic violations, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was also cited for exceeding posted speed limit and no drivers license.
Hernandez-Rivas was booked into the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center on a 24 hour hold.
