Kansas City Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Richmond Woman Set For Court Tuesday

A Kansas City man is set for a docket hearing Tuesday in Ray County Court on a pair of felony charges.
Court records say Owen Lee Slavens faces felony charges of kidnapping and armed criminal action.
Records list those charges from September 30.
Slavens is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a Richmond woman.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges last Thursday.
Slavens is next set to appear in court Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.
