Kansas City Man Arrested in Holt County on Four Driving Charges

Troopers report the arrest of a Kansas City man late Tuesday in Holt County on four driving charges.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 31-year-old Abelardo Reyes Espinoza around 9:11 Tuesday night on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Authorities booked Reyes Espinoza into the Holt County Sheriff’s Office on a 24-hour hold.
