Kansas City Man Arrested on Driving Pair Thursday in Clinton County

A Kansas City man was arrested late Thursday night in Clinton County on a pair of driving charges.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 22-year-old Ryan W. Hiller was arrested on preliminary charges of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and driving while intoxicated.
Hiller was taken to the Clinton County Jail and booked on a 12-hour hold.
