Kansas City Man Arrested on Drug Pair in Clinton County Saturday

A Kansas City man was arrested on two drug charges Saturday morning in Clinton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 21-year-old Isaiah J. Jenkins was arrested on preliminary charges of felony delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jenkins was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
