Kansas City Man Arrested on Multiple Outstanding Warrants Thursday in Clinton County

A Kansas City man was arrested on multiple outstanding misdemeanor warrants Thursday in Clinton County.

At 3:40 P.M. the Missouri State Highway Patrol made an arrest of 31-year-old Keenan Bartee for a Henry County failure to appear warrant, Clay County failure to appear warrant, and a Liberty Police department obstruction warrant.

Bartee was also cited for speeding and a second no valid operator offense.

He was booked into the Clinton County Sherriff’s Office and awaits bond.
