Kansas City Man Facing a Plethora of Charges Following Clinton County Arrest Wednesday

A Kansas City man is facing a plethora of charges following an arrest made in Clinton County Wednesday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says they arrested 48-year-old Baldomera Zapata at 5:31 P.M. for being a felony fugitive from out of state, as well as being cited for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, failed to yield to approaching traffic, failed to drive the right half of roadway, no drivers license, no insurance, no seatbelt, and failed to display plates.

Zapata was booked into Clinton County Jail without bond.
