Kansas City Man Picked Up on Two Outstanding Warrants in Clinton County

A Kansas City man was arrested Saturday in Clinton County with two outstanding warrants.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that at 6:45 P.M. they arrested 44-year-old Donald S. Clark who was wanted on a felony failure to appear warrant out of Clinton County for an original charge on possession of controlled substance for amphetamine and a misdemeanor warrant out of Clay County for contempt of court originally from a non support charge. The driver was also cited for speeding and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Clark was booked into the Clinton County Jail without bond.
