Kansas City Woman Arrested on Driving Pair Monday in Daviess County

A Kansas City woman was arrested on a pair of driving charges, including one felony, Monday afternoon in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Annastacia L. Scribner faces preliminary charges of felony not having a valid driver’s license and failure to affix a license plate.
Scribner was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
