Kansas Man Arrested on Drug and Driving Charges in Daviess County

A Topeka, Kansas man was arrested on five drug and driving charges Monday evening in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 30-year-old Michael A. Clark was arrested on preliminary charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated via drugs, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and careless and imprudent driving.
Clark was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
