Kansas Man Arrested on Felony Driving Charge in Clinton County

A Kansas City, Kansas man was arrested on a felony driving charge Tuesday in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 34-year-old Larry R. Evans was arrested on a preliminary charge of felony driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender.
Evans was taken to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and booked on a 24-hour hold.
