Kansas Man Arrested on Four Driving Charges Monday in Clinton County

A Kansas man was arrested on four driving charges Monday evening in Clinton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 58-year-old Donald D. Davidson was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated as a prior offender, failure to drive in the right lane with two lanes in the same direction, failure to display valid plates, and not having insurance.
Davidson was taken to the Clinton County Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
