Kansas Man Arrested on Multiple Driving Charges Wednesday in Daviess County

An Olathe, Kansas man was arrested on multiple driving charges Wednesday night in Daviess County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 33-year-old Oscar A. Villalta Acevedo was arrested on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, not having a valid driver’s license, speeding, and failure to place a vehicle not in motion on the far right side of the highway as practical.

Villalta Acevedo was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold.
